M.Eng. CEM Application Materials
Required Materials:
Application materials for the M.Eng. in CE&M consist of the following:
- Completed online application form
- Application fee (a check or money order made payable to University of Michigan or completed credit card information)
- Statement of Purpose
- Three Letters of Recommendation.
- Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
- Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores. (The GRE is recommended for the M.Eng. but not required.)
- International Students only:
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) scores (international students only).
- International students who are accepted for admission must submit certification of finances. You may submit those documents with your application package or at a later date, when requested to do so.

MSE CEM Application Materials

- Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores

Ph.D. in CE Application Materials

Application materials required for Ph.D. applications consist of the following:

Launching the first Construction Management graduate program in the world in 1954, the University of Michigan CEE department has established itself as a key player in construction research and education. That leadership position will be further enhanced, thanks to a significant gift from John Tishman.
